The property has potential due to its location and pool, but lacks hygiene and basic amenities Positive: We liked: - Prime location - right across from a shopping mall and just a 5-minute walk to a private beach, very convenient for shopping and beach access. - The rooftop swimming pool was a highlight—clean, scenic, and perfect for relaxing. Negative: - The flat had a strong, unpleasant smell of urine, seemingly coming from the sofa and a corridor chair (puf). It appeared a pet had stayed there before us, and the odor was pervasive. - The mop provided for cleaning was broken, and there were no cleaning supplies available. - The kitchen was minimally equipped with very basic items. If you're planning to cook, be prepared to bring your own essentials. - Check-out time is strictly at 10 AM, with no option provided by the host to leave luggage afterward. We did discover a paid luggage storage service at the reception, but unfortunately, the host didn’t inform us about it—or perhaps wasn’t even aware it existed.

Very bad situation Positive: Horrible services Negative: I was very disappointed with this booking. When I was looking for a place to stay I wanted a place with a private pool and there was a VERY BIG SCAM because where wasn’t a private pool in the flat. The bathroom door was damaged , the toilet was impossible to use because is was blocked. Horrible service! Very bad communication with this person. I left after 2 nights and they didn’t give me my refund because I booked 9 nights.

Positive: Posizione buona, appartamento bello e ben attrezzato. Staff gentile e struttura pulita :) Negative: Si sente leggermente il rumore della strada trafficata
